Byproducts of slaughter factory, like chicken neck skin, breast skin, subsurface meat scrap, subcutaneous fat, offal fat, chicken tail, bowels, developing egg, chicken frame residual, shank without flesh, etc. And chickens that are eliminated in phase without any disease. The product is processed through steam cooking and extrusion, temperature sterilization, degreasing and expanding.
After processed and graded, the product containing phosphor less than 3.0 is called chicken powder, featuring strong meat flavor, pale yellow, higher absorptivity after expanded; the product containing phosphor greater than 3.0 is called chicken bone powder.
